Q. You give two options when you
order "Registration code
emailed to you" and "CD
sent via Postal service". What does Registration code
emailed to you mean?
A.
The Registration code consists of a name, normally your own name and
a registration key. After your order you will receive an email with
these two bits of information you need to make the software into a fully
working version.
Under the
help menu there is a menu option called "Register
software". Click this to open a Dialog which only contains
two Text boxes. Input the registration information then click the
"Confirm Registration" button and the software will be
registered.

Q. On your order pages you state
"SWREG
Inc. will apply U.S. state tax to Minnesota customers and will
charge VAT at local rate to European Union customers."
A1.
"Who are SWREG Inc?"
SWREG Inc.
is a U.S. E-commerce provider (credit cards etc).
SWREG has a very long internet
history. It was originally
CompuServe's software sales arm and was brought by Atlantic coast
PLC in the U.K. Digital River Inc. brought SWREG from Atlantic coast
PLC and transferred the businesses to the U.S.A. keeping the name SWREG
and is now called SWREG inc.
A2.
" Will I have to pay extra taxes?"
SWREG Inc. is based in Minnesota, U.S.A. so if you
purchase from Minnesota you will have to pay the state tax. If you
are from the European Union you will have to pay V.A.T. at
whatever rate your country sets. The reason for this is Digital River inc.
has offices within the European Union.
Pajersoft, like many other small software Internet businesses
does not sell directly to the public and leaves the security and safety aspect of
your order to the experts at SWREG inc. We
do accept B2B purchase orders but only after agreement on both sides about
terms etc.
